Your Marseille airport chauffeur: two terminals, a meeting point set in advance
Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) lies in the north of Marignane, about 25 km (roughly 15 miles) from both Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. It has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Finding your chauffeur is not left to chance on landing: the meeting point is arranged beforehand, from the details in your request.
For a private transfer from Marseille Provence Airport, we ask for:
- your flight number, with the date and scheduled arrival time;
- the terminal, if you know it (otherwise the flight number is enough to check);
- the number of passengers and bags, including anything bulky such as golf bags, pushchairs or trunks;
- your destination address, any stops on the way, and a phone number you can be reached on after landing.
The exact meeting point is given in your confirmation voucher, which reaches you before departure. Keep it to hand when you land, and if your schedule changes, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know.
Flying private: business aviation at Marignane and Le Castellet
Marseille Provence Airport, at Marignane, also handles business aviation. In the Var, Le Castellet International Airport (codes CTT and LFMQ) has been an international business airport since November 2001; it sits next to the Circuit Paul Ricard and also receives helicopters.
For a private flight, at Marignane or Le Castellet, send us the airport, your expected arrival time and the contact details of the flight operator or the handling agent receiving you. The pick-up point is arranged with them, in line with the airport’s access rules, then written into your confirmation voucher. Whether a car can come close to the aircraft is checked case by case, never assumed.
From the airport to your door: Marseille, Aix, Cassis, the Luberon
Whether it is a private car from Marseille airport to Aix-en-Provence or a transfer to Cassis, your chauffeur takes you directly to wherever your stay begins. A few typical journeys:
- Marseille: the Old Port, the Corniche Kennedy, hotels in the centre or by the sea;
- Aix-en-Provence: the Cours Mirabeau, a country house outside Aix, a first business meeting;
- Cassis and the Calanques: the harbour of Cassis, a hotel or villa by the sea, La Ciotat;

We do not quote journey times: around Marseille, traffic varies a great deal with the hour and the day. A stop on the way, to drop off a passenger or collect keys, can be built into your request. To keep the chauffeur after the transfer, for a few hours or the whole day, say so as well: the chauffeur then stays at your disposal, as set out in your quote.
Departures, planned just as carefully
For the drive to the airport, the pick-up time is set with you, based on your flight time, your airline’s check-in deadline, your terminal and the traffic expected at that time of day. For a private flight, the time arranged with the operator is the reference.
The drive can also take in the last steps of your stay: a final meeting, a lunch, a stop at the hotel for luggage, the handover of villa keys. List each stop and its address in your request, and they will be included in your quote.
Jet or helicopter: flown by the chosen operator
On request, we can also arrange the flight itself, by private jet or helicopter. It is carried out by the operator chosen for your request, under its own licence. Your chauffeur, a member of the Federation, handles the journeys on the ground before and after the flight, following the place and time arranged with the operator.
