Trade fairs and conferences: Marseille Chanot and the Palais du Pharo
Marseille Chanot, also known as the Parc Chanot, covers 17 hectares at the Rond-Point du Prado in the 8th arrondissement: seven halls, or palais, including the Palais des Congrès, and 50,000 m² of flexible space for trade fairs and conferences.
On a site this size, an address is not enough: tell us which hall and entrance to use for morning drop-off and evening pick-up.
The Palais du Pharo, the City of Marseille’s conference centre, stands at 58 boulevard Charles-Livon in the 7th arrondissement, looking over the Old Port. Its auditorium seats 900, so when a plenary session ends, most of the audience leaves within a few minutes. The pick-up point and the order of departures are therefore arranged in advance, with you or with the organiser.
At both venues, conference transport in Marseille also means hotel shuttles, morning and evening, and collecting speakers when they arrive.
Seminars and corporate delegations
With a seminar, the hard part is often the arrivals, spread between Marseille Provence Airport and Saint-Charles station. From your passenger list, we group close arrivals and plan separate journeys when the gap is too wide.
A shared run sheet tells the organiser, for each journey, the time, the pick-up point, the passengers and the car. A speaker or senior executive can keep a dedicated car and chauffeur for the whole stay, subject to members’ availability. Weddings and receptions in a Provençal bastide
A wedding in Provence calls for three kinds of transport: the couple’s car, the families’ journeys and the guest shuttles between the hotels and the reception venue. A saloon, such as a Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series, suits the couple; Mercedes V-Class vans and minibuses suit the guests, depending on which members of the Federation are available on your dates.
Late in the evening, departures spread out: we plan one or more return runs with you and set the time of the last one, so that no guest has to drive home after the party. For a bastide well away from the main roads, send the exact address and, if there is one, the access map given to guests. Marseille event chauffeurs: several cars, one point of contact
When several chauffeured cars are moving around Marseille for the same event, everything starts from a single transport plan, drawn up with you. It is covered by one personal quote, with our terms and conditions; once you accept and pay, each booking is entrusted to a chauffeur who is a member of the Federation.
A changed time, an extra guest: you go through the same point of contact rather than calling each chauffeur; the change depends on members’ availability and may lead to an adjusted quote.
