A day of back-to-back meetings, prepared with you
An investor roadshow, a round of client visits, three meetings and a lunch: on such days, your chauffeur stays with you for a few hours or all day. This is a chauffeur by the hour or by the day, set out in the quote and then in the confirmation voucher.
To prepare it, send us:
- the list of meetings, in order, with the address and time of each;
- the fixed times: a train, a flight, the start of a board meeting;
- the number of passengers, and any luggage or bulky documents to carry.
Between the Old Port, Arenc and the Aix area, traffic varies with the time of day: margins between meetings are set with you.
Business addresses in Marseille and around Aix
In Marseille, Euroméditerranée covers 480 hectares between the city centre and the north of the city, taking in the offices of La Joliette and, at Arenc, the towers of the business district. Two Marseille technology parks have their own specialities: engineering and digital at Château-Gombert, biotech and health at Luminy. Around Aix lie the Pôle d’activités d’Aix-en-Provence, at Les Milles, and the Technopôle de l’Environnement Arbois Méditerranée.
Site visits: the port and the industrial zones
The Port of Marseille Fos is split in two: the Eastern docks, 400 hectares in Marseille, for goods, passengers and ship repair; and the Western docks, 10,000 hectares in the industrial port zone of Fos-sur-Mer. For a visit, tell us which: they are not the same journey.
Part of the port is a restricted access area, where the port issues traffic passes on request. Car access depends on the port’s rules and on the company receiving you: it is arranged with them and checked case by case. Otherwise, your chauffeur drops you off and collects you at the agreed access point.
The same goes for a factory, a warehouse or any site with controlled access: send us its access instructions and the name of the person receiving you.
Board meetings and executive committees
For a board meeting in Marseille or at a bastide near Aix, arrivals are staggered: through Marseille Provence Airport, on a scheduled flight or by business aviation, through Saint-Charles station or Aix-en-Provence TGV. Each director can travel separately; those arriving together can share a van such as the Mercedes V-Class, subject to the availability of the Federation’s members. Returns are timed around each person’s train or flight.

Discretion, and invoicing in your company’s name
Discretion is written into the contract: article 14 of our terms and conditions binds the Federation, its staff and those who carry out the service, with no time limit.
Your company can be the client: the quote is then issued in its name. Our terms and conditions, sent with the quote, take precedence over your company’s purchasing conditions, unless the Federation has agreed otherwise in writing beforehand. The journey is paid in full on booking, which is only firm once the funds are received. Unless the quote says otherwise, tolls, parking and restricted-area access fees are at your expense.
