The texts, images, trademarks, logos and other content on this website belong to the FFGR or to their respective owners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.

Photographs of places come from Wikimedia Commons. They are used under Creative Commons licences or are in the public domain, and are credited on the Photo credits page, together with their author, their licence and the changes made. Their reuse remains subject to their own licence.

5. How the service works

The Federation receives requests and passes them on to its members, who carry out the services. Each service is subject to a personal quote and to the Federation’s terms and conditions, provided with the quote. Helicopter and jet flights and yacht trips are operated by the selected operator, under its own licence and responsibility.

6. Personal data

This website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tools and has no forms. Fonts and images are hosted on the website itself: no resource is loaded from a third-party site. The host may keep technical connection logs for the security of the service.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail, the information you send is used by the Federation, as data controller, to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where applicable, arrange the service with the member who carries it out. This processing is based on the pre-contractual steps and the performance of the contract you request, and on our legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). The host’s technical logs are based on the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

This information is only shared with the recipients who need it: the member who carries out the service, the operator selected for a flight or a trip at sea, the website host, and the messaging service you chose to contact us. The host, based in the United States, participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for no more than three years after the last contact; accounting records, for ten years.

You may access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, or ask for its restriction or portability, by writing to contact@ffgr.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr). Use of WhatsApp is subject to its provider’s terms.

7. Consumer mediation

After a written complaint that has not received a satisfactory answer, a consumer client may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: Société de la Médiation Professionnelle, Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France, www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr.
